SALE OF PUREBRED JERSEYS.
(By Telecraph.-l'ress Association.) Wanganui, July 11. Mi'. Frank Moore's well-kiioun herd of purebred Jerseys was sold (o-day. There was spirited bidding. The prices of bulls railed from -10 guineas downwards. The lushest prices for cows wore paid by Jlr H. Purdie, who gave 75 guineas for' Prim ■Second, and 70 guineas for l'opjiy''Second. Other cows brought from 51 to lib guineas, and twenty-one, heifers averaged just under thirty and a quarter guineas.
