The followill),' <ne the results:— Parnell All Aged Stakes.—Filial round: Mr. P. Fletcher's Master AVairiki, by Delegate—liuth, led and beat Mr. C. J. Lakey's Dreadless, by Dreadnought—Lady Flo, and won the stake. Encourage Stakes—Filial round: Mr. W. C. Nicholls's First Thought, by Free Thought—Cardenia, led and beat Mr. T. Lobb's Aurofodina, by Black .Tack—Rippling "Water, and won the stake.
