AUSTRALIAN RESOLUTIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. July Ujl 0:l5 -a:m;) Melbourne, July 10. Tho Chambers of Commerce Congress has adopted resolutions in favour of urging on tho Federal Government the necessity of closer commercial' relations with New Zealand, Canada, and South Africa. Tho re-establishment of tho Vancouver mail servioo is urged with Melbourne, Sydney* and Brisbane as ports of call. A resolution was carried recommending the circling of Australia and New Zealand with, wireless telegraphy in the interests of commoroe and the travelling public.
