COURT MARTIAL AT GISBORNE.

TEN TERRITORIALS. (By Telegraph.—Pre in Assoolattoal Gisborne, July 10. A Territorial Court-martial was conducted at Gisborne to-day. Ton privates from A squadron, Ninth Wellington East Mounted Rifles were arraigned on charges of defiance of authority in failing to number off when requested to do so. Four of the ten wero also charged 'with using obscene language. The proceedings were conducted with the ceremony of the Supreme Court, counsel appearing in wig and gown. Major Maidlaw presided. Lengthy evidence was taken, and tho verdicts arrived at will be submitted to the officer commanding tho district for confirmation, and announced later.
