Butter a pudding basin, and line the inside with stoned raisins. Half fill tho basin with slices of bread and butter, cut thin and the crust off. Beat the eggs and add them with the sugar to the milk. Alix well together, and pour on to tho bread and buttor. Let it stand for about half an hour. Put a buttered paper over the basin. Boil for about three-quarters of an hour. Servo jvjth custard sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Celery, stock, 5 or 61b. pickled pork, parsnips, apples, breadcrumbs, currants, lemon, nutmeg.
