REDISTRIBUTION BILL. (Rec. July 9, 9,25 p.m.) Ottawa, July 9. The Government proposes to introduce a Redistribution Bill based on the leoent census. Eastern Canada is likely under it to lose, and 'the West to gain ten seats.
