TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dosiihioh.l TUESDAY. Mulligatawny soup. Stewed neck of mutton and green peas. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Apple Charlotte. MULLIGATAWNY SOUP. Two quarts stock, 1 apple, 1 onion. 1 carrot, joz. curry powder, loz. flour, loz. butter. Slico up the apple, onion, and carrot, and fry them in the butter. Sprinkle over the curry powder and flour, and brown also. Pour over the boiling stock, and stir until it boils up. Simmer gently H hours. Rub through a sieve, return to the saucepan, and bring to boiling point. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. Send to table with boiled rice. K)R TO-MORROW. Half-pint split peas. Neck of mutton. Parsley. Carrots. Turnips.
