RIOTS AT HAVRE.
SEAMEN ON STRIKE iLOOT A- SHIP. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright (Reo. July 7, 5.5 p.m.) Paris, July 2. The seamen on strike at Havre stoned the police station and the gendarmes. Tho riotera then ransacked the steamer YiUo d'lsigny (114 tons), tho gendarmes and infantry, however, surprising the JooteM, who fought desperately. The mob then entered some houses, and maintained the attack from the windows, but eventually retired before reinforcements. .
