ANOTHER OUTBREAK AT FOXTON. (By Telegraph.—Pros* Association.) Palmcrslon N., July 8. Foxton wns visited by another fire party this morning, when tho Bank of New Zealand, a two-stoiirtl building, including (ho manager's residence, was completely destroyed. The fixe was discovered at 2.30, and made rapid progress. Little or nothing was saved by the manager, Mr. WitcJioll. His wife only managed m i soeuro a few personal effects. The Anglican Ohnroh near by was thought to bo in danger, but the. wind was favourable,-and carried tho flames across the wido street in the direction of the empty space .made by the recent fire. On tho other side of
the destroyed buildinj; was a brick' shop occupied by a Chinese fruiterer, and thl« stopped tho fire from spreading.
