Messrs. Dnlgety and 00.. Ltd., report on their Kkctahiuia sale as follows:—We offered a fair ya.rding of all classes of stod;, and clTected a rise all round in recent sale reports. Following is a list of price?:— Sheep: Kwes, in lamb, good, 12s. lOd. to 14s. 1(1.; poor sorts, in lamb. 7s. to Bs. 7d.; empty ewes, to 12s. 6(1.: two-tooth wethers, to 143. 7d.; lambs. Rood. 12s. to 14s. 6d. Cattle: Cows, in calf, £2 7s. 6d. to £4; bulls, to £3; weancrs, to £2 3s. 6d.

Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report on th'.-ir Levin stock sale, held yesterday, as follows:—We had a Rood yarding of both sheep and rattle, which wo submitted to a largo attendance of buyers, and made a total olearanoe under the hammer at the following prices:—Sheep: Two-tooth to f.f.m. owes, in lamb to Itomncy rams, to 18a. Id.; four-year ewes, in lamb to black-fn.ee rams, to 15s. Id.; forward owes, 7s. 4d. to lis. id.; woolly, hoggets, to 11«. 3d.; shorn hoggets, to 10s.; fat lambs, to 12s. 3d.; fat ewes (light), 12s. 6d. to 13s. 3d: Cattle: fat bullocks, £8 to £8 10=.; fat cows (light), £4 15s. to £5; fat heifers (light), £4 12s. 6d.; heifere, in calf, poor condition, to £4 35.; spring cows, to £3 165.; bulls, to £4.

The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., report:—At our Levin sale yesterday wo offered a fair entry of both sheep and cattle to a full attendance of buyers, and, with tho exception of one small pon of cattle, the wholo of our entry was sold. Iloggets and breeding ewes were in demand, and all lines changed hands at price? in advance of late rates. We sold hoggets from 10s. led. to l?.s. Id.; two and a half-year-old steers,.to £5 Ms.;.two-year-old steers, to £4 95.: tliiry heifers, R.W.8., to £4 25.; dairy cows, from £5 2s. to £8; pony, £7.

At the sale of dairy cows held in Feilding. saleyards nn Saturdav last, on account of Mr. F. W. Koberstein, D. Balmer, and others there was a' fair attendance of buyers. Some of the cows were passed in. but a successful sale resulted at a good ruling average, cows making to £11 10s. At Apitd on Tuesday we had a smn.U entry of both sheep and cattle, which eold readily flt late rates. Good two, four, and six-tooth, ewes, in lamb, 195.; f.m. ewes, in lamb, 135.; f. and f. owes. 14s. 6d.; two-tooth wethers, 16s. 3d.; good weaner heifers, £2 10s.; small wcaners, 155.; mixed weaner6, £2; storo cows, £2 10s.; twenty-months heifers, in calf, £4 Is.; forward empty cows, £4 7s. 6d. The sale of the livorv- stable plant of Messrs. T. P. Lyons and Co., holdjresterdny bv Messrs. A, L. Wilson and Co., attracted buyers from all parts of the Dominion. 'The auctioneer (Mr. A. L. WilEon) cleared the catalogue.' In ;good time considering that there were nearlr 200 lots to be.disposed of. The hor*** sold particularly'well, ranging from £16 to £20 for the young horses, £8 to £13, for older ones. Landau carriages sold from £30 to £56. There was a very large collection of harness, double sets selling up to £8, and single from £4 to £6 lCa.
