BUSH SICKNESS.
A DEMONSTRATION FARM. A reassuring statement was made by the Minister for Agriculture (Hon. T. Mackenzie) in Parliament yestcrdny afternoon regarding tho investigation of bush sickness. He was asked by Mr. Young (Waikato) whether he proposed to establish a demonstration farm near tho Rotorua lino between Ngpngotaha nnd Npatini, with a view to-discovering a remedy for the cattle sickness peculiar'to this country. The Minister, replied that during tho past two years the officers of the Department had'been vigorously pursuing an investigation of the evil, and .had now reached a stage where it. was necessary to linvo a farm to'work upon.
