NEW THEATRE.
. \ changed programme was presented at. tho Now Theatre, Manners Street, yesterday. The paramount him of tho series is an A.B. drama, entitled "Just Like a Woman." Tho story tells of how a wealthy man marries a young and pretty girl, who at first shows very littlo affection for him. When tho huibaud realises his mistake nud decides to go, trie girl also realises her mistake, and shortly afterwards 1 matters are brought to an understanding. A very iino spectacular topic is the "Funeral of King Christian of Denmark." "The Five Senses"' is a particularly effective comical study by the Vitagrapk Company. A very dramatic study is supplied by the Edison Company, entitled "Tho Venom ot tho Poppy." The comics on the programme are quite good numbers, tho foremost being "Calino as a Lion Tamer." "Dupin goes Mountaineering" is another capital comic item. Other pictures ■ included in tho new programme are "lianso Justice" and "Love-" (Cines drama). Throughout yesterday the theatre was Tell patronised, and patrons fully appreciated the new numbers. "The Midnight Wedding" is announced to be screened on Monday night. ■
