COLLIERY STRIKE DISORDER. By Teleffraph—Press Association—Copyright London, July 2. A strike of six thousand colliers at Cwni Tillery (a coalmining village in Monmouthshire), over the dismissal of a man for postinj; trades union notices, led to serious rioting. The colliery premises and the manager's house were wrecked, and, as the local police weTe unable to cope with the men, reinforcements were sent, whom the rioters received with volleys of stones. The police made many baton charges before the streets were cleared. Several women and children were injured.
