BRITISH BISHOP'S MEASURE. By Telegraph—Pross Association—Copyright London, July 1. The Bishop of Hereford, Dr. Pcrcival, has introduced a Bill in tho Houso of Lords, having for its purpose tho suppression of tho publication of betting news, and also gambling advertisements. Tho Bill also empowers tho PostmasterGeneral to impound gambling mail matter.
