July 1, 11.30 p.m.) , Vienna, July 1. At' tho Vienna Aviation Week, Lieut. ' Blashke, with a passenger, readied a height of 13,070 feet, establishing ill world's record. Tho record for an aviator without a ' passenger is 13,913 feet, and the previous ■ test with a passenger 9810 feet.
