TURKISH TROOPS JOIN REBELS.

Athens, Juno 25. It is reported that a squadron of Turkish cavalry and 400 officers and men havo deserted at Monastir and joined tho Albanian insurgents.

Turkish, reports minimise the desertion, but admit that nine officers and fifty Albanians have deserted.

Some arrests were made and others surrendered. The men declare that they were misled by the officers.
