SUPREME COURT.
In the Supreme Court, in Chambers, before Mr. Justice Sim, on Saturday morning, mention was made of an action, C'. H. Izard v. Prousc Bros, and others, a writ for recovery and possession of various properties and for forfeiture of C Mr'. C. H. Treadwell appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. R. Kennedy for the defend""piaintift consented to a relief from forfeiture and tho lease will still subsist between the parties. His Honour made an order accordingly.
