MANAGER COMMITS SUICIDE.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Berne, Jtino 20. The savings bank at Bulach, in Zurich, has failed. Its liabilities aro sot down at ,£280,000. Proceedings have beon taken against the directors. The bank's position is duo to tho manager, Mueller, having speculated with tho funds for over twenty years. Mueller has committed suicide.
