ROSENEATH RATEPAYERS.
The- annual nicotine of the; Roseneath and Oriental Bay Ratepayers' Association was held last evening, Mr. T. W. Ward presiding. The annual report stated that good work had been accomplished duriii" the year, and several improvements carried, out in the dislrict. The year had been a s:\li.-furlory one fimiii-L-iiilly, and the ineiiilii-rsliiv' had bern doubled, and there was a balance to credit of one guinea.
Among th« future rc<|uiremenU mentioned were u public hall, mid a branch of the public library. The Uftiiitifying Association of the dUtrict had :'-k«i for a irrant of trees from the I'ilv Council.
