NEW PLATFORM. By Telegraph-Press ABSociation-Copjiieht Sydney, June 11. Additional planks in the new platform of tho Federal Liberal party aro:—Promotion of settlement of tho Northern Territory; to secure to settlers closer settled districts, in which are rich freehold lands; to co-oporate with the States and tho Imperial Government in a vigorous immigration policy to secure a White Australia; to promote Australian ilefonco on the lines of Imperial co-operation; to maintain the present tariff policy; and to establish a Board of Trade or other non-political body, wMch would make recommendations as to tariff adjustment.
