At a gathering of unemployed outside the Labour Bureau office, one speaker, who was abusing the Government for ita treatment of the men out of work, declined the police invitation to "Move on," and was arrested for riotous behaviour. The vacancy was immediately filled until seven more moji were arrested one after the other.
