SOME IMPORTANT CHANGES. By Tolegraph-Press Aeaociatlon-CopyrUht. London, June 10. Important changes in the Cabinet are announced. Lord Loreburn, who' has been Lord Chancellor since 1905, is resigning on account of ill-health. Lord Ilaldane, Secretary of State for "War since 1005, will take'the Lord Chancellorship. Colonel Seely, Under-Secretary for War, will take Lord H.ildane's place as Secretary of Stato for War.
