Mr. Josiftb Thomas, Federal Minister for External .Affairs, replying (o the Chinese Consul, says he is prepared to raisp no objection to young Chinese, fully accredited, coining to Australia to study at high schools and universities, but that the practice of sending younger children whoso parents resided here to attend school had grown so greatly that he hod decided to stop it.
