HOME RULE BILL.

PEOPOSED VOTE OP CENSURE. PlTeleeraoh-Prese iesoclation-OocyriKlil (Rec. June 11, 11.35 p.m.) ■■■■ . London, June 11. Mr. Austen Chamberlain will to-day wove a vote of censure on Mr. M'Kenna's recent commission for its report on the ; economic position in Ireland. The motion states that the Home Rule Bill contains more than the beginning of a national system of protection, and, in view of the serious economic disturbances which the measure would cause, it is essential to maintain trade between Britain and Ireland, and to adopt a single tariff for the United Kingdom, with preference to the overseas Dominions.
