According to the latest list of companies registered published iu (he ."Mercantile Gazette," the Kohi Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd.. has been formed with a capital of <£3000 in .£1 shares. The subscribers are all Waverley farmers, and arc as under:—G. G. Lareom, 40; ]{. AV. Campbell, 120; S. M'. G. Catkins, 45; D. Smith, 35; M. T. Hopkinson, 50; W. Coleman, 50; and G. .T. Bishop, 27. Tho objects of tho company are to deal in luilk, butter, etc., and to carry on the bus'uess of a co-operative store in all its brandies.
