Tho average grade for Hie fifteen shipments of cheese from the Mangaramarama Cheese Factory passed • through the grading stores at 'Wellington during the present, season vas 01.7.1 points, the highest grade obtained being 93J points. The milk delivered during the past month has been exceptionally rich, the average quantity' required to .make one pound of cheese being 6.971b. of milk.
