A comniittce cunsistiiiK of Burd, Lewix, M'Phce, Badger, .Oawpon, Howe, and Kyle was formed to draw up a constitution, and rrxnrt to a seneral meeting to be held on Monday week. Sir Tiobert Stout will speak on "I?e----miiiisc«nscs of Old New Zonhnd" at Ihe open P.S.A. meeting in the New Theatre, Manners Street, to-morrow afternoon. Mr E. Arnold will occupy tlie chair, and JJiss Mueller ivill render a .sacred h>!o, "The Xishtless Laud." The meeting is open to men and women.
