AUCKLAND STOCK SELLS WELL. Some valuable Jersey sales were recorded in Auckland on Tuesday :last. oil the occasion of the yarding of "Messrs. Willis Bros.' and Tnpp's stock. Snow Queen', winner of the first-and champion prizes at the Wailcato and Franklin shows, was purchased from' Messrs. Willis Bros, by Mr. Hall, of- Mangatoki, for 140 guineas. She was calved in 1900, and shows a .re-. Rister of 11.21b. of butter-fat in seven days. Mr. Hall 1 aiso'purehased-two (twin) heifers for ,160.guineas. Avalanche, an aged cow, and dam of the two heifers, was bought by Mr. Purdy, of Taranaki, for 147 guineas. Snowbird, ft yearling heifer, realised ISO guineas, Mrs. Watkins securing her. The same .buyer also took the yearling lioifer Snow Girl at 275 guineas, "tho top price of the sale. These yearlings were by the imported bull Golden Swan. Other prices realised by Messrs.
