It is semi-officially announced that an understanding has been readied between Greece and Bulgaria. Bulgaria undertakes to restore the churches and schools taken from the Greek community during the anti-Greek movement, and will alsu recognise the legality of the Greek Exarchate, who " controls the discipline of the Greek Church in Bulgaria.
