Thirty-nine members of the Bristol Liberal Club have signed a protest against the Welsh Church Disestablishment Bill, which they say is neither politic nor just, and for which there is no real demand, The Bill, they urge, will destroy the growing sympathy between Nonconformists and Churchmen.
