iEr Scleeraph—Press ABio^lattan.l Cambridge, May 28. Tho present industrial uncertainty led to a unique development of a ooal famine at Cambridge. The local coal merchants' supplies being eomplctely denuded it is impossible at the present time to purchase coal. Householders whose stocks are exhausted are thus being greatly inconvenienced. The explanation is that, fcarine a strike of the Huntly minors, fanners and private residents bought increased quantities, and the collieries had not kept pace wifli the merchants' orders.
