MORE ARRESTS, By Telegraph—Prew ABEodatlon—Copyright (R«c. May 28, 0.5 a.m.) Rome, May 27. The police interpret the disclosures by Dalba, who attempted the assassination of King Emmanuel on March M, as showing that his act was the outcome of an anarchical conspiracy. A lawyer at Cassino named Diblasio and several other anarchists in Rome, Bologna, and Milan have now been arrested on charges of being concerned in a plot on King Emmanuel's life.
