TAXI-CAB COLLISION. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright London, May 26. Mr. and Mrs. Georges Davies, of St. James Square, Holland Park, claimed damages from tho F.I.A.T. Company for the collision of a taxi-cab with a street refuge. The defence was that Davies bribed the driver, who in his evidence detailed the circumstances of the bogus accident. The jury returned a. verdict for defendants. The judge impounded the documents in the case, and ordered a prosecution of tho plaintiffs.
