Mr. Fisher declared that the extent of his proposed reciprocity with New Zealand is the "whole hog." Twenty years ago he thought New Zealand would come into tho Federation. Tho s&mo ideal should bo kept in front now. If wo could not go tho whole way now, let us go as far as we could. He had been told that the fooling in favour of Australasian federation was growing. Ho thought it was right that, whether it was growing or not they should encourage it.
