A VISIT TO AUCKLAND. IBy Telegraph.—Press Association.) Auckland, May 27. The Hon. H. G. Ell, PostmasterGenerftl, arrived by the Main Trunk train from Wellington yesterday, accompanied by Mrs. 1011. Mr. Ell was out early this morning visiting the suburban po-st offices to aenuainl himself with , their growing requirements, and afterwards received a number of public and private deputations. This afternoon lie motors out to Otaluihu to inspect the local post office with respect to suggested improvements. Tomorrow evening the Minister will leave for Hamilton en Departmental business and from there will proceed to Rololrua to inspect the proposed site nf the new post office there. On Friday he will open a new office at Piiiarurii, and on Saturday will return to Auckland, leaving again for Wellington next Sunday evening.
