Power along tho eastern side of Karon Valley,liirtfufc'h tho football grounds, thenco alonf the tops of the hills until overlooking the cemetery, when the road was struck for tho run home. Tho order of tho (lay was a run through. The hares were Riven five minutes' start, and were caught about seven miles out by W. 13. Dennett and W. Press. Bennett was (ho first to arrive home, with Kowborry and Press close up in that order. Considerii>g that the distance covered was quite ten miles, the novices showed up very well, Kerr and M'Donald m particular.
