FISHING CONCESSIONS. By Telegraph—Pres3 Association—Copyrleht Vancouver, May 23. Advices received from Japanese sources announce the formation of an extensive Japaneso fishery company, with a large capital, its aim being tho seeking of concessions over Mexican fisheries. Overtures with the Mexican Government are pending.
