TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Speoiillj lrrittoa fer Tin Bohimioh.] TJIfRSDAY. Tea soup. Roast loin of mutton, linked potatoes. Stewed brown onions. Treacle sponge, TREACLE SPONGE. Haifa pound Hour, quarter pound suet, quarter pound treacle, half cup milk, one toaspoonrul linking ponder, one egg, half teaspoonl'ul salt. Warm the treacle and milk together. Add the wcll-licaton egg, chop the suet very finely, mix with the Hour, baking powder and salt; moisten with the egg, treacle and milk. Put into a buttered basin, and steam two hours and a half. Serve with treacle sauce. TREACLE SAUCE. Tlalf cup of trencie, one tablespoonim of butter, licit, stir well, and boil for two minutes, Send lo table in a sai.eeboat.
