, FLYING CRUISER SQUADRON NEEDED. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Berlin, May 21. Grand Admiral von Koester, at a meeting of the Navy League, stated that the home membership had increased by 20 percent, during tlio year, and the foreign by 40 per cent. Germany's foreign tr&do had increased by Cli per cent, since the introduction of the Navy Law; therefore a flying squadron of armoured cruisers was needed in order that Germany's I power might be better represented throughout the globe.
