NEW CHEESE FACTORIES.
TOK THE MANGATOia CO3IFANY. The Jlnngatoki Co-operative Dairy Company has accepted tenders for its new cheese factories at Mangatoki, Matapu, and Mahoe, and the three buildings will cost between .£7OOO and '.£BOOO. The Mangatoki factory will liavo an over-all measurement of 95 x 10ft., and the cheese-making rooms will bo 04 x 30. The packing rooms will be 35 x 21, and the receiving or hoop room, 30 x 17. Tlio curing room will be of large dimensions, 80 x 30, and will have a holding capacity of just upon 3000 cheese. The llatapu factory will cover an area of 86 x 10, tho making room being 85 x 32. ; The Mahoe building will be 76 x 10 and tlio making rooms 75 x 32. In each factory there will be concrete walls to the height of four feet, and abovo that timber, with a 10ft. totara stud. The buildings include all the latest requirements.
