MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before Mr. L. G.lieid, S.M.) At the Magistrate's Court yesterday James Redmond/ O'Bonoghuc was fined .£3 for having entered the Albion Hotel during the currency of a prohibition order. For having broken a" prohibition order, Laurence Power was fined £3. James,Curtinshaw was remanded to Invercargill on a charge of having failed to provide his wife with adequate means of maintenance. For insobriety, John M'Millan was fined 10?!., S.Tames Woods 10s., and John Flanagan £2. An application by May E. Feldwick for separation from. Alfred Feldwick on the ground of persistent cruelty and failure to maintain was dismissed. Mr. J. J. M'Grath appeared' for the applicant, and llr. V. R. Meredith for the defendant.
