Ltd., -stibdi visional plans for reselling the land we.ro considered, and it was decided to put up tho first 1)0,000 acres at an <s»rl.v date, l'lans for roading tho estate wore- also submitted, mid this work will be put in hand forthwith. It was reported that the obstacles in the way of roading, which have arisen through tlie County Council in tilio district refusing to sanction the rating of tho land, had been overcome. It bad been found that the company's request was quite in order, and that the council would be within its legal rights in allowing a special rating area to be declared to pay for the roading. '
