Counsel admitted that it was really an application for an adjournment. He would be unable to have the printing done, by July. Tho Chief Justice, in dedinjng tho application, declared that there was still two months during which enough printing could bo done to cover all tho eases heard in Court for several years. Tho fact of the matter was that somebody was too tired.
