[Speoiallj written for Ths DoiHHioN.) FRIDAY. White soup. Baked fish. Mashed potatoes. Macaroni and toraator-s. BAKED FISH. One fish, ono oiineo butter, jtiiec of half a .lemon, half a teaspoonful of chopped pr.rsley, salt. Put the fish on a bilking dish, squeeze a few drops of.iemon juice over it, and sprinkle with salt ansl parsley. Add the butter in little bits, cover with buttered paper, and bake from 20 to 30 minutes. Servo with parsley sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Macaroni, stock, 21b. steak, two dozen oysters, suet, celery, apples, pastry, cream. / FOR SUNDAY. Two dozen oysters, ley of pork, applies, cauliflower, dates. SUPPER. Six or seven pounds brisket of beef, salad, gelatino, peaches, eggs.
