PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH PROPOSALS. By Memph-Pfess Association-Copyright Sydney, Mny 15. The Presbyterian Assembly has decided to raise a Jubileo Fnnd of ivhich trill bo capitalised in three sums of .£IO,OOO, the interest from which will bo separately utilised in the employment of experts for developing the youth department of the Church and helping theological students with their . studies. It is also proposed to pay an organiser from the Sustentatiou Fund.
