REMARKS BY THE PREMIER. _ S In an interview yesterday, the Prime Minister (Hon. T. Mackenzie) was reminded of the Hon. J. A. Millar's opinion tlmt the Government will be defeated when it meets tho House. C "Wo are, of course," said Mr. Mackenzie, "in the hands of the House.
