TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Speoiallj written for Tns. DoMlsfioH.l FRIDAY. Lentil soup. Curried schnapper. Mashed Potatoes. Tapioca with apples. TAPIOCA WITH APPLES. One cupful of tapioca, 21b. cooking apples, sugar, 1 lemon. Soak the tapioca in cold water for VI hours, then poor a pint of boiling water on it and cook it slowly for 20 minutes. Pare and, core the apples and cover the bottom ot a picdish with them. Fill tho cavities with sugar and flavour with lemon. Pour the tapioca over tho apples, and bake in a slow oven one hour. Serve hot or cold with sugar. FOR TO-MOFjROW. Stock. Babbit.' Bacon. French beans. Suet. FOE SUNDAY. Stock. Sirloin of beef. Vegetable marrow. Dates. Suet. Cream. FOE SUPPER: Salad. Two dozen oysters. Puff pastry. Prunes. Lemons. Gelatine.
