AN AVIATOR FINED JC2O. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright, (Hec. May 9, 9.10 p.m.) Sydney, May 0. A peculiar case was heard'in the District Court to-day. The plaintiff claimed ■C2O against aviator Hart, and alleged that the defendant propelled his aeroplano over his herd of cows, causing them to stampede, in which two were killed, and he further claimed that tho defendant broke in and entered his laud. A verdict was returned in favour of plaintiff for the amount claimed, but the second count was disallowed.
