AUCKLAND HOSPITAL.
INQUIRY ON MONDAY. (By Tclcgrapa—Press Association.) Auckland, May 9. A special inquiry will be made by flic Auckland Hospital Board on Monday regarding the administrative and disciplinary methods of (lie lady superintendent, the, complaint regarding her management bv tho certificated nurses of tho institution, and the protest of live sisters against their suspension over the "bath inoiAl! these matters enmo before the board at its meet in? to-night, but no definite action was taken beyond referring them to the consideration of tho inquiry. Specific criticisms of the matron were made to tho board by the honorary medical stall, and this report had been handed to Miss Griffiths! for her reply. The chairman stated ho had received Miss Grifliths's reply. It was agreed that a copy of the letter should bo furnished to each member, and that it should bo considered at tho inquiry.
