Baden-Powell, Chief of tho Boy Scout movement, a deputation of those interested in tho local Boy Scout organisation interviewed the General Officer Commanding the Now Zealand Forces (Major-Gen-eral A, J. Godlcy, C.13.) with reference to certain .arrangements :n regard to tho visit.
